Craps is a
dice game particularly popular in the United
States. Some players think that is quite
difficult. They are wrong, actually it turns
out to be elementary. Instead, it is true that
the very wide range of bets can be
intimidating at first. Thus, it seems
preferable to start playing only a couple of
bets. The goal in craps is to bet on the
outcome of one or more shots given. Two
different ways of interpreting may be used.
Most of the time, we must add the figures
present on both dice but can also be read as a
pair combinations of 1 or 6, which is called
Craps, or a double 2, 3, 4 or 5 called hard
ways.
The player who rolls the dice is called the
shooter. Of course, you can bet when you're
shooter but it is also possible when another
participant plays this role. To do so, place
your chips on the bet compartment of your
choice on the carpet of play, before the dice
are released. Some bets can be made at any
time, others only authorize the beginning or
during the game. The latter requires two
phases. The first roll of the dice is called
the "come out roll" or come out roll. It sets
the point. At the time of the second stage,
the shooter continues rolling the dice until
the departure point or July 1.
Around a craps table, you may find 4 members
of the casino: A boxman, two dealers and a
stickman who proposes to handle 6 different
dice. The player must select 2, one green and
one red. Line Pass or Pass line is victorious
when the first dice roll gives a 7 or 11. With
a 2, a 3 or a 12, is losing. Other results
allow to establish the Point. The shooter then
rolls the dice again until you get the point,
winning, or 7, loser. This bet produce a lead
of 1 on 1.
The line bet not Pass or Do not Pass Line is
victorious with generous first dice roll 2, 3
or 12. loser with a 7 or 11. Another result it
sets the point. The shooter then rolls the
dice again until you get the point, loser, or
7 winner. This bet produce a lead of 1 on 1.
Arrival bet is made after the point is
established. Launch is successful when
following gives 7 or 11. With a 2 a 3 or 12 is
loser. Other results allow to establish the
point of arrival. The shooter then rolls the
dice again until the point of arrival, winner,
or 7, loser. This bet produce a lead of 1 on
1.
No arrival bet is made after the point has
been established. It is successful in
producing first dice roll 2, 3 or 12. It is
losing with a 7 or 11. The other results allow
to establish the point of arrival. The shooter
then rolls the dice again until the point of
arrival, loser, or 7 winner. The pass line bet
on the probability is made after the point has
been established. The advantage of this bet
changes according to the result obtained when
the dice roll. It is 2 to 1, with 4 or 10; 3-1
with 5 or 9; and 6 to 5, with 6 or 8.
